I am facing an issue where the sign-in is failing with the error code AADSTS5000225. Please find the attached images for reference. I am requesting access to log in to the Microsoft portal, as my sign-in session appears to have been disabled due to inactivity.

Kindly help in re-enabling the access.

The error message you are seeing indicates that your tenant has been inactive for more than 200 days after the billing cycle, which triggered Microsoft's process to remove inactive tenants. At this stage, the OMS commerce system places a login block AADSTS5000225, Twenty days after this block is applied, the tenant is permanently deleted.

To restore access, the tenant must have been blocked for less than 20 days. After 30 days, the tenant is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

We can reactivate your tenant only if it has been blocked for less than 20 days, please share the requested details in private message so that we can reactivate your account.

Business impact and justification for restoring the tenant, and an explanation of the impact if the tenant cannot be restored.

Restoring access will allow me to continue my learning path and improve my technical capabilities through real-time practice.

3. Impact if the Tenant Cannot Be Restored: If the tenant is not restored, I will lose access to all configurations and practice environments. This will interrupt my learning process, slow down my skill development, and force me to recreate everything from the beginning, resulting in delays and loss of previously completed practice work.
