Locked out of Account. No recovery possible

Im ocked out of my Microsoft accoungt i created about 30 years ago. I rarely us the emal but in the recovery process,it ask for information like what card I used to buy Microsoft products ,or my phone number which I no longer have. Much of this information I cant remember as it was so long ago. I live in Brazil now and I think that is why its registering as suspicious activity. Recovery forms I tried said I did not provide enough information but I cant remember things I used 30 years ago. What can I do?
