Why is it soooo complicated login in to Forza thru ps5 it keeps not even making an effort.....

    Forza Horizon 5 is available on PS5. The Standard edition is currently on sale. Are you logging in with a Sony account or Microsoft account?

    I understand you're running into a frustrating issue trying to log into Forza Horizon 5 on your PlayStation 5 (PS5) console. However, to play the game on your PS5, you are required to link your PlayStation Network (PSN) account to a Microsoft account.  

    Quick questions to pinpoint the best fix: 

    • What's your Windows version (check via Settings > System > About)? 
    • Any specific error code (e.g., "Drowned" or 0x89235107) popping up? 
    • Have you tried logging in via a web browser or mobile device? 

    In the meantime, please consider my suggestions and let me know anything news from it: 

    • Launch the game > select “Start Game” at the Title Screen > When the Microsoft Account Login menu appears, select “Link Accounts.” 
    • View the access code displayed: Sign in at xbox.com first > Restart PS5, update game > Clear PS5 browser cache; use incognito for QR code. 
    • Completely turn off and restart your PS5 > Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses > Follow the prompts. 
    • Go to your PS5 Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Sign Out > Sign back into your PSN account.

    Hi Alan, I get how confusing that can feel. Forza Horizon 5 isn’t actually available on PS5 because it’s an Xbox and PC exclusive, so the login process won’t work there. If you’re trying to sign in through a browser or remote play, that’s likely why it seems like nothing happens. Can you confirm if you’re using a PS5 console or trying to access via cloud gaming? If you have an Xbox account, the easiest way is to play on Xbox or PC, or use Xbox Cloud Gaming on a supported device.
