My tenant is blocked due to inactivity. Can someone reset it please?

Old tenant was not used. I'd like to start again. I see this error message:

The error you received (AADSTS5000225) means your tenant has been marked as inactive. When a tenant is inactive for a long time, Microsoft applies a login block. If the block lasts more than 20 days, the tenant may be permanently deleted.
Tenant inaccessible due to inactivity
If the block has been in place for less than 20 days, we may be able to restore access by unblocking it. Please provide the following details via private message:
- Tenant ID
- Correlation ID from the login failure
- Timestamp of the failure
- Business impact and reason for restoring the tenant
