Sign in to my Microsoft account

I have a new cell phone and can no longer access my Microsoft account with the Authenticator app. When I ask for another login option, it asks for the verification code (also via the app), which of course doesn't work either. There is no other way for me to log in.

Hi Kerstin,

I completely understand that you wanted to recover your account with two step verification but unable to get the code due to the app has been reinstalled while the MFA is still enabled.

Just to let you know, Microsoft accounts are completely manage by an automated server, and we do not have manual access to it since people here in Forum are not directly working from Microsoft, we are an independent advisor and a Microsoft fan like you.
