I signed up for an Azure free account

I received the Email Confirmation from Microsoft Support (You have 30 days left to use your credit)

Whenever I try and Login I get the following error message “This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity”

How do I fix this?

If I cannot be fixed how do I remove the Credit card so I can try and set this up again?

To resolve the issue of your Azure tenant being blocked due to inactivity, you can take the following steps:

    1. Reactivate the Tenant: If your tenant has been inactive, you can request reactivation within 20 days of it entering the inactive state. You will need to reach out to Microsoft support for assistance with this process.
    2. Wait for Deletion: If you do not plan to reactivate the tenant, note that it will be deleted after 20 days of inactivity and cannot be recovered.
    3. Removing Credit Card Information: If you want to remove your credit card information to set up a new account, you may need to do this through the Azure portal or by contacting support for guidance on how to proceed without the existing account.

Make sure to act promptly, as the timeline for reactivation is limited.
