Please can anyone help, I use one note to make notes for uni and I have just gone on there and it's gone, it says I don't have access or it has been deleted. I have not been on it in a while and definitely have not deleted. Does anyone know at all how to retrieve or fix this please. I may have an interview coming up and all my notes were on there. The biggest of thanks in advance.

    • Which version of Office are you using (e.g., Office 365, Office 2021)?
    • Could you clarify whether your account is a personal account or a work/school account provided by your organization or institution?
    • If you are using a work or school account, where is the OneNote file stored on your OneDrive or in SharePoint?
    • Have you tried checking OneNote on the web to see if the issue still occurs?
    • Did you create a note for your assignment and later couldn’t find that specific note, or are you unable to access your OneNote account entirely?
