Cannot log into Azure Portal AADSTS5000225

I cannot access the Azure Portal. I am seeing a "Sign-in failed" screen with the error code: AADSTS5000225.

AFAIK, I have never used Azure before. I don't think I would have a tenant that is older than 20 days. How do I access my Azure Portal? I would like to evaluate the products Azure has to offer.
