First, what Insider build and Channel are you on?
WIN+R, type winver for the build #.
Have you tried a Repair instead of Reset
in Settings, System, Recovery?

heyy,
in my pc their some kind of problem i cant open search bar and restore point also i cant open services so i find which files are missing
when i try to reset pc but their is also a problem saying "there is a problem resstting your PC. no changes are made" can anyone tell me how to fix this all?
