Can not use keyboard on bitlocker display. We used F1 and made it possible to use keyboard after changing settings but after typing in the recovery key the computer takes us back to where we can no longer use key board.

Hello Rahul Shah,
From your explanation, the keyboard works initially on the BitLocker recovery screen after pressing F1 and adjusting settings, but once the recovery key is entered, the system loops back to a state where the keyboard is no longer functional. This behavior often points to a firmware or driver compatibility issue rather than a problem with the recovery key itself.
I recommend checking the BIOS/UEFI settings to ensure that USB legacy support and input device options are enabled, as BitLocker relies on these settings during pre-boot. It may also help to update the system firmware and keyboard drivers to the latest version provided by the hardware manufacturer. If the problem persists, testing with a different keyboard (USB vs. PS/2, wired vs. wireless) can help isolate whether the issue is hardware-specific.
Should these steps not resolve the issue, I suggest contacting Microsoft Support or your device manufacturer for a deeper analysis, as they can review logs and confirm whether a known compatibility issue is involved.
