I cannot add Mobile sms as authentication method.

2025-11-21T20:28:52.31+00:00 It appears your multi-factor authentication method is blocked because the phone number has a bad reputation.
If there is another global admin on your account, they can assist you in re-registering your MFA.
Or could you please send your email address, phone number, tenant id, country and country code via private message so we can further assist?
