My account 'PII.com' is corrupted in both Microsoft Account (MSA)

and Azure AD / Entra ID.

It was created as a personal account AND as a work/school account,

which creates a conflict and causes permanent password reset loops.

The password reset URL confirms it is stuck in Azure AD:

<Mod remove include PII URL>

Please escalate this case to Tier 2 Identity Support for:

► Full External MSA Deletion

► Azure AD (Entra ID) user object deletion

► Release of the email identity from both identity stores

After deletion, I will recreate the identity cleanly.

I confirm that:

I own the mailbox <Mod remove PII>

I can receive verification codes

The account is stuck in both MSA and Azure AD identities

Password resets always loop back and do not complete

Request:

► Perform full External MSA deletion for <Mod remove PII>

► Delete the Azure AD / Entra ID object for this identity

► Release i<Mod remove PII> from both identity stores

After deletion, I will recreate the identity cleanly.
