Using New Outlook on Windows for professional communication and productivity
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum
Thank you for reaching out, and I completely understand how frustrating it can feel to have to scroll up every time you open the calendar.
The behavior that the calendar automatically scrolling so that the current time is at the top of the screen in Day, Work Week, or Week view is unfortunately by design in the New Outlook
Microsoft intentionally added this so that when most people open their calendar, they immediately see “what’s left of my day right now” without having to scroll at all. For users whose main goal is to check the rest of today’s meetings, it’s actually quite convenient. That’s why they treat it as a feature but currently have not provided a toggle to turn it off
Personally, I’m totally agree and understanding the convenient of being able to create a comment available read-only file in PowerPoint. It definitely great improvement to the current availabilities of Microsoft 365 apps. In that case, I sincerely recommend you go to Microsoft 365 Feedback Hub
to describe your proposal or vote this similar feedback
