I was trying to log into my Azure account, but the following message is shown:
Sign-in failed
Error code: AADSTS5000225
Error message: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. To learn more about tenant lifecycle policies, see https://aka.ms/TenantLifecycle Trace ID: c2bc6213-7bab-4b0f-bdff-4d62e2611f00 Correlation ID: f10516dd-622a-4364-b6f0-a03dd8afb1ef Timestamp: 2025-11-20 14:51:16Z
I talked with a Microsoft ChatAgent and he said I had to talk with Azure Help Line, but I am not able to log into my account, so that is impossible.
Only way I can is here externally.
Can someone please unblock my Azure account linked to this very email?
