How to use the User Cloud Clipboard through Graph API?

I recently discovered the User Cloud Clipboard feature in the Graph API (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/cloudclipboardroot-list-items?view=graph-rest-1.0)

And it gave me an idea for an internal app project, and i tried to set it up with an Enterprise app with the "UserCloudClipboard.Read" delegated permission granted by a test user, but it does not work.

For testing purpores then i tried to use the powershell script below but i keep getting the same error:

The Enterprise app also has User.Read.All permission and if i just do the "/v1.0/me/" endpoint then it works.

The access tokens has the "UserCloudClipboard.Read" and "User.Read.All" scopes.

I have enabled the cloud clipboard feature on two windows 11 devices that are Entra joined with the test user and i have tested that the feature itself works.

There is limited documentation of the feature, so i hope someone here can help.
