Can't log in with MFA.

Hello,

We are a Tier 2 CSP and we are having lots of complaints about the MFA issue, our clients can't connect through their MFA. We opened many tickets from our admin portal, we get contacted by someone from Microsoft, provided the requested documents then no return for weeks. Even if we send emails for follow up, nothing happens, and the complaints are piling up. The issue is, the clients don't have access to their portal, so they can't open a ticket, they turn to their reseller, who turn to us, the distributor, we open a ticket but don't get help because we are not the global admin. We ask the informations to global admin, provide them to the Microsoft agent then, no return. If i send the informations here, will you be able to help please?
