Is customersfeedback.microsoft.com a legitimate sender address requesting surveys?

We have received some targeted emails from the following address and domain offering recipients an opportunity to be selected for a digital gift-card for completing a survey.

sender address: ******@customersfeedback.microsoft.com
sender domain: customersfeedback.microsoft.com

Are these legitimate? The URL sometimes takes you to an Adobe sign-in page or an Adobe QR Code page or "The site can't be reached".
Microsoft Defender also did ZAP a couple of these emails as Phish.

before clicking on the link, you can send it to  
virustotal.com  
urlscan.io  
and sure, enough phishing.  
you can also use ToR browser.

That domain is not on Microsoft’s trusted sender list. Official surveys use @microsoft.com or @customermail.microsoft.com. Please be cautious that customerfeedback.microsoft.com (singular) is legitimate, but customersfeedback.microsoft.com (plural) is not and likely phishing. Links to Adobe or broken pages are red flags. Report to reportphishing@microsoft.com and verify via account.microsoft.com.
