Enrollment error 2100 in Microsoft partner center

I tried to register my company in the microsoft partner enrollement UI and received an error saying that the request couldnèt be completed and to try again later.

When I try the enrollment now I see this error.

Is it possible to confirm if the enrollment request went through or not?
