How to Obtain the Hardware Admin and Driver Submitter roles at Microsoft Partner Center

Dear Team Microsoft,

Good Day!

Please note, We are authorized Microsoft Hardware Partners, we have uploaded the signed code certificate at the Manage Certificate section on 11/05/2025, till now, we didn't receive the authorization.

As per the link - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/dashboard/hardware-program-register, its been said that we would receive a questionnaire, but we haven't received one.

I have raised two support tickets, but we haven't received the answers, we are anticipating, please find the screenshot of the support tickets.

Note: We have uploaded all the relevant Seller ID details, connecting the Developer Account and also the screenshots proving that we are an authorized Hardware Partner.

Can you please help me resolve this issue.

Having the exact same issue - the only answer we get is "I wanted to let you know that we’re actively following up with the Hardware team regarding your account status. As soon as we receive any update, I’ll share it with you right away." Been weeks.
