Azure grok-4-fast-reasoning failing to return tokens

We have deployments in eastus, eastus2, westus and westus3. When testing each of our grok-4-fast-reasoning deployments, we even tried just using the playground on our deployment, but when asking simple questions of the model, we were not getting any tokens at all back. Even in the playground it would just say "thinking" forever and not return. Haven't retest today, but this happened multiple times last week.

2026-02-04T13:22:03.5566667+00:00 Microsoft PG engineers are in sync with xAI team the issue got Mitigated by the xAI container enabled disaggregated PD to optimize xAI container's throughput and reduce latency,getting more capacity to make the model more responsive under production traffic.please try to check from your side
