Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Hello Gary,
Thank you for reaching out about the issue with your Outlook account not receiving emails. I understand how frustrating it can be when you can send messages but not receive them.
This usually happens due to account configuration issues, outdated software or connectivity problems.
To resolve this start by signing in to Outlook on the web to confirm if emails are arriving there. If they do the problem may be with the Outlook app on your device. Next download and run the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant which can automatically detect and fix most Outlook related issues. Also ensure your Outlook and Windows are fully updated as outdated versions can cause syncing problems.
If the issue persists check your account settings in Outlook and verify that no rules or filters are redirecting or deleting incoming emails.
Finally review your Junk Email folder and mailbox storage to make sure nothing is blocking delivery. Would you mind confirming if you’ve tried accessing your account through Outlook on the web or running the Support and Recovery Assistant?
I hope this answer is helpful if you have further questions feel free to reply back
Regards,
Marcelo
