The Legal Info section in my account settings is empty when I click on it.

I have been given the task of registering the company I work for as a Microsoft partner. I am currently having challenges verifying the company account. When I click Legal info, I get an empty tab. I try to send a ticket and I am asked to select a work space. I don't have one and can't send a ticket. This is frustrating. I am pretty new to Microsoft and would appreciate any advice.
