Is there way to know if photos used PowerPoint are screenshot or actual inserted photo files?

My powerpoint file is too large to email (133 mb) so I am trying to find a way to make it smaller. When I created it I used a combination of screenshots and inserted photos. I have the photo files for most of the screenshots. I am thinking that if I replace the screenshots with the photo files it will reduce the size of my PowerPoint file.

Here is my problem. I don't know how to tell which images are screenshots and which are inserted photo files. If I can't tell the difference by looking I guess I will have to delete every image and replace it with a photo file.

Any ideas for me will be welcome.

It runs entirely in your browser - your file is never uploaded - and keeps your text, layout, and slide order untouched.
