am trying to reinstall office but i have failed since i keep receiving an error message showing that i still have remaining components of 32-bit and that means that i cannot install a 64-bit

    Why did Microsoft make this so hard? New computers come PRE-INSTALLED with this click-to-run installer that can be SO HARD to get rid of! Instead of helping users get their computer set up the way THEY WANT TO, they sometimes have to first figure out how to get rid of the Microsoft bloatware.

    It should be a very simple uninstall, not all this "oh try this, if that doesn't work do this, and you might need to go in and manually clean up the registry". That is BUGS -- more of the junk Microsoft keeps shoveling onto us these days.
