Our AI Foundry model RPM quota Increase request has not been fulfilled - no communication in >2 weeks, blocking launch.

Looks like your support team has increased the TPM we can request for a base gpt-4.1 model to 250K, but we are unable to deploy with this number as we are blocked by this error:

Looks like the support person increasing our quota request has incorrectly set "Developer" deployment type instead od "Global Standard". Please fix immediately and notify us here.

The lack of communication from Microsoft Azure support is apalling, we would have never known that our initial request increase quota was partially granted had we not spent our own time investigating. This support load is on you, we expect better.

Additionally, the quota request was for 1M TPM not 250K. Since we did not receive any follow up questions/concerns about our quota, it does not make sense why our TPM was only increased from 50K to 250K - the is only delaying our release further.

As per our original request, please increase the TPM to 1M tokens (RPM 1,000 capacity units I believe) and fix our deployment type to Global Standard ASAP.

Hi @RAMAMURTHY MAKARAPU , as mentioned before, why are you referring us to an FAQ? We know exactly what the problem is... This is the last time I am explaining this, if you are unable to understand, you must escalate and handover to your manager.

We have already filled in the Request Quota form (https://customervoice.microsoft.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=v4j5cvGGr0GRqy180BHbR4xPXO648sJKt4GoXAed-0pUQ09DV1Q4MzdOVVVZMEY4RElWTUpKN1pMMCQlQCN0PWcu) , and sent you the email confirmation screenshot for application ID: 8532 on the 21st of Nov 2025 again.

However neither has our quota been increased to 1M TPM as requested, nor have we had any further communication from Azure explaining that our request has been denied, OR asking for more info. Given the lack of follow up, we must assume our request was perfectly crafted, and we are still awaiting fulfilment of our quota increase request, 22 days after submitting the form.
