I want to change my Microsoft Rewards goal from 400 Robux to 800 Robux. I clicked on the "Remove Goal" button at the bottom of the page, and then "Set Goal". When I pressed on the "Set as Goal" button on the Roblox option, it immediately set my goal to 400 Robux. The same thing happened when I used the Rewards tab in the Bing homepage. Is there a way to fix this, or am I doing it wrong?

Hi there!
I have an concern regards to my Microsoft Rewards on the Bing app.
First starting out, I selected the goal of "400" Robux for around 6,000+ points I needed to collect in order to achieve this goal which I was super excited for. However I noticed on my dashboard that "400" robux was missing also and selected 800 rb just in case.
Recently that goal has gone missing and I can only select 10000 rb. I'm trying my best to get Robux, my streak ans learning more about things and activities from rewards however it's becoming harder to collect on these points and have yet felt close to my actual goal of 400 robux since it keeps changing.

You’re actually doing it right. It’s possible that Microsoft Rewards is just experiencing a bug with the Roblox goal at the moment.
Could you try selecting a different Rewards gift card as a test to see if the same issue happens there as well?
I tried what you said, and changed my goal to Overwatch Coins. The same issue happened again. Is there a way to fix this bug?
At this point, I suggest staying with the 400 Robux gift card for now and reporting the issue with Microsoft Rewards via the Feedback option. Visit https://rewards.bing.com scroll down to the very bottom, and find "Provide feedback" to submit your feedback.
I will provide separate feedback on your behalf, as the more users provide feedback, the better Microsoft can understand the demand and hopefully work on the issue sooner.
