How long does it take to get a runFullTrust certification?

Hello, just had a quick question:
How long does it take to get runFullTrust certification for a Microsoft Store submission?
I have filled out the justification in 'Submission Options' - do they look at this automatically, or do I need to press submit somewhere?
And also, if I change my MSIX file upload, do I need to go through this process again?
