    2. Account Type: Are you using a Microsoft 365 Basic plan (which includes 100 GB of OneDrive storage) or a different subscription?
    3. Scope of Issue: Does this affect both Outlook (email) and OneNote (notebooks) simultaneously, or one more than the other?
    4. Recent Changes: Did you recently update macOS, Office apps, or switch Insider channels?
