I have just paid for the trial version of planner and project plan 3 but can't find a way to download

You need Gantt chart functionality for a job interview but can’t access Project, only Planner, which lacks the features you need. Attempts to download Project have not been successful.

• In Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Users > Active users > [Your account] > Licenses and apps, scroll down to Apps, is the toggle for Project turned on?

• How long ago did you assign the license to your account? Sometimes it could take up to 24 hours for the app to be shown in rare cases due to backend synchronization or tenant policy refresh.
• Could you try the following steps and let me know what happens:
  • Refresh license toggles (turn OFF > Save > ON > Save) and then sign out and sign back in
  • Clear browser cache or use an incognito window: This helps avoid cached session issues
  • Please kindly wait for at least 15 minutes to check https://www.office.com/ > Apps > All apps for the Project installer and see if you could see Project in the Apps for you to download?

Thanks for your help.

for further reference I have two accounts,

1. Is my original home account which I pay an annual subscription account is PII Removed@outlook.com
2. I had to setup a new account in order to pay for the free trial of planner and project plan 3 as wanted details of a company, number of employees etc before entering my credit card details - this account is PII Removed@PII Removed.onmicrosoft.com

I followed your instructions and confirmed I was logged in as PII Removed@PII Removed.onmicrosoft.com then toggled off and saved, turned back on and then signed out. I also closed down the browser and rebooted the laptop.

Then logged back in as PII Removed@PII Removed.onmicrosoft.com

Tried https://www.office.com/ in inprivate mode on edge and still missing project app as per snip below

Any further advice would be much appreciated.
