Cannot access azure portal from my account

Issue My Azure tenant for my student account has been blocked due to inactivity. I am within the 20-day recovery period and request immediate reactivation. I cannot open a support ticket via the portal or phone.
Affected Email - PII removed
writing this through different account please resolve the issue

The error (AADSTS5000225) you receive means that your tenant has been marked as inactive. When a tenant is inactive for an extended period of time, Microsoft applies sign-in blocking. If the block lasts more than 20 days, the tenant may be permanently deleted.
Unable to access because the tenant is inactive
If the block lasts less than 20 days, we may be able to restore access by unblocking it. Please provide the following details via direct message:
Tenant ID
The associated ID of the login failure
Failure timestamp
The business impact and the reasons for reinstating tenants
Note: If this is a test tenant or a non-critical tenant, you can create a new tenant: Quickstart: Create a new tenant in Microsoft Entra ID

Sachin Mugali 0 Reputation points2025-11-17T12:31:59.02+00:00 Hi, Basically to access the tenant Entra ID it should first login to azure account right as soon i login through PII it directly shows tenant id is blocked due to inactivity if i create new account it shows token validation failed am really frustrated please help me resolve this either with my old account which has been marked as inactive or with new account which is student account which says token validation failed

2025-11-19T12:33:03.7833333+00:00 Hello sachin mugali To fix the issue we required TenantID/Domain, can you try to collect logs in fiddler and check if the TenantID reflects there?
