Cannot access account due to a pop up asking to confirm I am an adult. I don’t have and have never been in a family account. I cannot access my account to change date of birth due to needing to confirm I am an adult but I seem to be in a never ending loop. I spoke to 3 different live chat agents for 3 hours yesterday and went through a million different channels to try and access but no luck. I’ve had email account for 20 years. Please help!

2025-11-13T01:42:58.0066667+00:00 I have rejected AI suggestion of contacting support directly, because as I said in question, I have already done so 3 times and was suggested to contact Microsoft family support and ask the question.
