When trying to access Risky Users - I am getting the following error -

Any ideas?

This is a portal-side issue with the Microsoft Entra admin center user interface; it has nothing to do with rights or settings. A frontend Copilot module (Ibiza shell extension) failed to load, according to the error. This occurs when the Risky Users page cannot render due to cached or missing React bundles.

Try the following to resolve the issue:

Use Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) to hard refresh the page.

Go to https://entra.microsoft.com/#view/Microsoft_AAD_IdentityProtection/RiskyUsers.ReactView to access the Entra portal in an InPrivate or Incognito window.

Clear the cache and cookies for entra.microsoft.com and portal.azure.com if it functions there.

To be sure it's not cache-related, try using a different browser.

You can still use the Microsoft Graph API to confirm your data: GET https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/identityProtection/riskyUsers
