Not appearing my certificate details in transcripts

I have attended GitHub copilot certification few days back. Unfortunately, I have failed in the exam. But, my certificate attempt details are appearing in profile --> transcripts.
Can you look into this issue? Either you guide where I can find the details or you send me the transcript details.
