While I don’t have access to the exact same device (Lenovo Tab M11), I’d love to help. Please try the following suggestions that have helped other users with similar setups:
- In OneNote, click on the Draw tab. If you see the Drawing Mode option, ensure that Draw with Touch is disabled.
- Check your tablet’s settings for pen-related options. Look for a setting such as Ignore touch input when using my pen and make sure it’s enabled.
- Make sure you have the latest version of OneNote from the Google Play Store, and check Lenovo’s support site for any firmware updates for your Tab M11 and smart pen.
