Can't log in to azure, even thought my Microsoft account work. Problem is Azure only.

Steven Parry 5 Reputation points2025-11-08T21:11:34.45+00:00 I have a similar issue. I have been unable to log in to my azure account for 2 months. Some issue with 2FA, since email/password progress. I am able to log in to my Microsoft account, which is the same email - but the email for azure portal doesn't work. I logged a ticket by logging in using my tenant email (which is also me, but a 'user' of the apps, rather than the owner). But using that you cannot pay for support, and the support emails get logged with criticality "C". I got a reply, after about 2 weeks, and the person said "this isn't me, i'm going to reassign the ticket". I haven't heard anything since. How are we supposed to get support if we can't log in?
