Why do I’m not able to open ‘files’ on my one-drive after I login to my Microsoft, and how can I fix the issue?

My old pc laptop didn’t work anymore and I don’t have any pc, and moved away form pc and currently use iPad Pro and Samsung phone. I had not used my Microsoft (hotmail) account for a couple of years. Recently, I logged onto my Microsoft account successfully, but it won’t let me open any of my One-drive files although the files names are listed. It says “You don’t have permission to open the files”!! Please help me to fix the issue.

2025-11-07T18:26:34.4533333+00:00 I had not ‘shared’ any files on my one-drive with anyone, therefore, ‘obtaining permission’ is irrelevant to my case.
