Having application latency issue with the applications deployed in AKS.

We have angular applications deployed in AKS cluster and accessing the application with Ingress controller load balancer, when accessing the application initially when we load the page its take longer than usually,
Also, this application load issue is not happening always only sometimes we are facing this issue randomly.
One more thing we noticed we have the same environment setup in the AKS that is our prod env there we are not facing this application slowness issue.
We are facing this issue only in DEV, QA and Sandbox environments.
For your reference, please find the endpoints -
dev.appsteer.io - this is the dev ENV where we are facing the application slowness issue.
cloud.appsteer.io - this is the PROD ENV and in this we are not facing the issue.
Also, the only difference we found is the PWA - Service worker is enabled in the DEV env in which we are facing the slowness. and in prod we haven't enabled the PWA-Service worker there we are not facing the slowness
Also, we have recently upgraded the cluster version of dev from 1.30.5 to 1.33.3 in where we have the slowness and in the prod AKS we still running 1.30.5 and there we don't have application slowness. Those are the only difference we observed and remaining all infra stays same.
Please assist us on priority to debug and find the RCA at the earliest.

Please assist with queries below to understand the issue clearly:
- Are you using Web app or VM, in case of Web app please share web app name ?
- Have you monitored the CPU and memory utilization on the ingress-nginx controller pods during times of slowness? Are there any signs of CPU throttling, pod restarts, or Horizontal Pod Autoscaler (HPA) limits being hit that cause intermittent request delays?
- How is the service worker configured in the DEV environment? Are there any specific caching strategies, registration delays, or update checks that could delay the initial page load? Have you tested the app with the service worker temporarily disabled to isolate its impact?
- What are the latency and error metrics reported by the ingress controller for requests hitting the affected Angular app endpoints during slow loads? Do logs show any upstream response time difference between ingress and backend pods, and are there any 502/504 gateway errors or connection timeouts?
- Has there been any difference in DNS resolution time, load balancer health probe response, or network policy restrictions applied in the DEV/QA/Sandbox vs PROD environments that could add latency before the request reaches the application?

**Thanks for reaching out!
1- No we are not using any Web app, We are using Azure kubernetes Service - URI - <removed URI by moderator>
2- Yes we have monitored the CPU and memory utilization and we haven't observed any CPU throttling or pod restart for ingress and we haven't configured limits or HPA.
3- The Service worker is temporarily disabled in the dev - dev.appsteer.io
4- We have cross checked the access and error logs of ingress and was not able to find any logs related to latency,504.
5- We have did the network latency test between the PROD and DEV env to compare and there is no any latency difference found - we did DNS latency test, TCP handshake, Internal node latency and we are not able to find any difference in that. ALso their is no change in the ingress configuration compare to dev and prod, Only the change is in dev application serving on dev.appsteer.io/login/---- where in prod we serving in root path only.
Please let me know if any other details.
