My HP laptop turns on and shows the HP logo with the loading circle, but it never reaches the login screen. I’ve already tried forcing a restart a few times and shutting it down over and over again.

I want to know if there’s a way to fix it

    If the 3 forced restarts does not get you into the recovery environment, on a HP laptop try this method.

    Force your laptop to shut down.

    Start your laptop and repeatedly press the Esc key on your keyboard to access the HP Recovery Tools section.

    Then press F11 to access the Windows Recovery Environment.
