My HP laptop turns on and shows the HP logo with the loading circle, but it never reaches the login screen. I’ve already tried forcing a restart a few times and shutting it down over and over again.

I want to know if there’s a way to fix it

    If the 3 forced restarts does not get you into the recovery environment, on a HP laptop try this method.
