Haven’t Received Contributor ID After Reapplying for Microsoft Student Developer Program

I previously applied for the Microsoft Student Developer Program, but I didn’t receive any response or my Contributor ID. I used the same email address to reapply again on November 1st, but still haven’t received any update.

Could someone please help me check the status or let me know how long it usually takes to get the Contributor ID?
