How do I change my prices for the app?

How do I change my prices for the app? I published an app but want to lower all my prices in the partner center, under Pricing and availability, but all inputs on the page are all disabled.
Please advise.

2025-11-05T15:57:21.3666667+00:00 I figured out that I needed to make a new submission, which does not imply that I need to update the app appx as well (as I initially thought).
