Power BI Report Sharing for Free Users

Hello,

I am a Data Analyst at Max Group (Mongolia). I have developed a Power BI report that I would like to share with approximately 30 users who currently have Free Power BI accounts. These users need continuous access to the report.

I am looking for a workspace solution that allows this sharing. Please note that our budget does not allow for a Premium Capacity workspace (~$5,000/month).

Could you please advise on the best approach to enable these users to access the report securely and efficiently?
