Quick access toolbar turns completely white in Word and PowerPoint in full screen, no issues in dark mode. (macOS Tahoe 26.1)

Here's the first image in windowed mode, all buttons are clearly visible.

In the 2nd image, powerpoint is in fullscreen and the 'qat' turns completely white. It's still functional and the buttons are visible if you hover your mouse over them. This issue is only seen in light mode.

This is caused by a bug in a recent update to the Office apps on a Mac and on iOS devices, everyone has been reporting this problem when the apps are in full screen mode, Microsoft indicated they released a patch that should resolve this bug, try checking for updates in your Office apps to see if there are any pending updates.
