Quit Claim Deed.pdf

Firm wide we experiencing all the lines that are in the deeds such as in the pdf example attached are moving to the top of the form and not lining up with the text. Everything was working normal on Friday, October 31, 2025 when I finished a document before I left work. There appears to have been a Microsoft update on November 1st and it is causing all the forms to malfunction. We are unable to prepare deeds using Word and are searching for an immediate repair from Microsoft.

Added by Moderator: The deeds are State Bar of Wisconsin forms.

This is a user-to-user support forum and not a direct link to Microsoft. I would suggest that you contact the State Bar, whose form it is. (I am a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin.)

Is this happening when you print or in the view on the screen?

Are you using the desktop application?

Which update? File > Account > About Word

Here is my page on Creating Forms in Word. Here is the part of that page about mimicking pre-printed forms.

Here are release notes for the current channel: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdates/current-channel

If you save a Word document on OneDrive or DropBox you can post a link to the actual document here. A pdf does not really help much.

I agree with John that the most frequent cause of problems in forms is poor form construction.

You'll get a better answer by linking to the actual Word document instead of a PDF.
