I visit https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_AAD_RegisteredApps/ApplicationMenuBlade/~/Overview/appId/b572db58-4823-4867-9125-4f153fc254da/isMSAApp~/true

And I see this error every time:

Hello Jeffrey Rennie,

Can you try to open the App registrations manually, Login to Azure Portal -> Microsoft Entra ID -> App registrations -> Select All applications -> Search for your App ID

Also make sure to have Application Administrator, Cloud Application Administrator, or Global Administrator role to access the application.

If still the issue persists, try in InPrivate/Incognito mode.

Rukmini, that didn't help. Apparently this application is associated with my personal account. Also, I created the application and no one else has ever had permission for it, so how could I not be the administrator with full permissions?

Jeffrey Rennie Even if you created the application, it may occasionally cause problems in the portal if it is linked to your personal Microsoft account because of MSA vs. work/school account incompatibilities.

For this reason, it might not load properly on the portal.

Try to use the same personal account that you used to create the app to log in.

To prevent cached sessions, switch to a new browser or use InPrivate or Incognito mode. If the app was ever associated with a different tenant (even temporarily), it may require accessing it via https://myapps.microsoft.com or via PowerShell / Microsoft Graph.

If none of this works, you can still manage the app fully using Azure CLI, PowerShell, or Graph API, since ownership resides with your account even if the portal UI fails.

The Microsoft personal account (MSA) that was used to create the initial app registration must be used to log in.

If not, Azure will indicate that you are not authorized to administer that application.

For instance, if you used ******@outlook.com to build the application, you will need to log in again using ******@outlook.com rather than a work or Entra ID account.

I created an Entra ID as partner center asked me to. But now when I sign into Azure with the Entra ID, and click App Services, it shows me Welcome to Azure! and no app services. What happened to my app?

P.S. Hey Microsoft, you make about $1 billion a day. Why not spend a little money to fix this mess or at least create a 1-800 number I can dial for support.

Seriously, the quality of Microsoft websites is shockingly poor; the submit button in this forum just failed and I had to copy and paste and submit it twice.

So I went to https://sitehelp.microsoft.com, signed in, and got this error:

Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft' and cannot access the application 'eea5f4ef-dd4d-4755-aa86-3e0283223b97' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account.

I see endless errors on all Microsoft websites.
