Can sharepoint agents be shown like POP-UP's on my site?

I created an agent for my sharepoint site, now i want the rest of the company to be able to use it. I published it to my sharepoint site, but i would like for it to be a pop up in the bottom corner like other sites have.

Has anyone been able to do this? can this be done and HOW??
