Copilot vision in UK? Pro only?

I have been trying to get Copilot vision to work but it keeps saying something went wrong, i've tried all the ways of fixing this but none of this works and i was wondering if copilot vision was even out in the UK yet or if it's pro only currently? If it is currently pro only do you plan to ever make it available to all users in all regions? and if its not in the UK when do you plan to relase it in the UK?
