I was waiting on my phone to be enrolled in ESU from their end as advised by microsoft technician. Is there a number I can call back I was disconnected after holding for 45 minutes

I was transferred to the microsoft technical assistance team to be enrolled in the ESU program. After waiting 45 minutes, the call hung up. is there a number I can call to contact them again. I followed all of the directions for enrollment, but couldn't enroll from my PC. Daniel Crockett 3135759375
