As this requirement for using Microsoft Account while installing Windows is already in insider Beta version it's only matter of time when it's added to public versions as well.
Microsoft account requirement in Windows: will it extend to stable versions?

Hello, since the beginning of the year, Windows Insider builds now require users to sign in with a Microsoft account to create a session (for example, OOBE\BypassNRO has been removed).
Is this policy intended to be rolled out to stable versions of Windows as well, or will it remain limited to preview builds (perhaps a Microsoft account is required due to telemetry and feedback purposes)?
If this policy does become general, will there still be versions of Windows where it will be possible to avoid using a Microsoft account (for example, Windows Pro or Enterprise)?
