Can't login to Azure.

Can't login to Azure.

So after a phone upgrade and a messed up migration of the Microsoft Authenticator app, I can't log in to Azure anymore. Though I can log into my Microsoft account just fine. It's asking me for an MFA Token that doesn't seem to be the same as my Microsoft Account. I wasn't aware they were the same. I'm the only person in my "organization" so I don't really have anyone to reach out to in order to get help.

I can't create a support ticket, need to login to do that. I tried Microsoft Live Chat, they directed me here. A bit stuck.

Well, it's been 2 months and I've gotten exactly no where.

Phone support is a joke. The automated system simply tells me to go to help.microsoft.com and then hangs up on me. Chat support just copy/pastes the same thing into every chat. (Basically to call the phone number that hangs up on me) The only person I spoke to said they couldn't help because it wasn't a business account. Finally, no one responds here either.

I don't know what else to do. My visual studio subscriptions are tied to this account. It's not like I can revoke them and make a new account. I'm currently not being charged at least so I don't have to deal with the bank.
